People saying how can you possibly sack a manager who's just won 4 in a row? Well if he's become an absolute nightmare in the dressing room and on the training pitch then maybe it really is a case of lost the players, that's how.
Plenty of aging stars in both squads..This is worse.
That wasn't his team, this is.
His inability to see the flaws in some of these players and recognise that some of these older players are just done at the highest level to commit to the tactics and style of play he is asking of them is worrying.
He hasn't adapted once since the start of this run, and has seemingly become too attached to the legends of the club.
Harsh conversations are going to be had in the next few weeks and it isn't going to be pretty.

That's funny, he's got a squad of world class players who he can't motivate anymore and the players that aren't world class he's not coaching them to get any better

Once again mate, if so many players are commiting stupid mistakes every single game, the manager has to take the blame as well, poor players ? most teams in the world would kill to have Haaland, KDB, Foden upfront, the injuries have hurt the team badly of course, but no way it should be this bad.None of that is Pep’s fault. I don't know how much of a say he has in our transfer dealings, but this team has been slowly dying for a while now. He has been guilty of not changing it up tactically, and playing it safe despite the fact it's not working. If I was in his position, I would demand 3 world class players in January or I leave. If he doesn't, then maybe this epic journey has run its course with us.

Can't keep blaming it on injuries. Something is not working and it needs to be fixed.
