Worse then his 1st seasonGive him until the end of the Summer transfer window and see what he has to work with. This is definitely shades of his first season in charge

Can’t sack him mate but he will not be able to turn this round as his tine and management is being found out with new managers coming in with new tactics and it’s natural progression. Bob paisley Brian clough Alex Ferguson Jose mourinho have all dominated and have all moved on and pep will follow . I expect massive breaking news in the next couple of weeks I’m afraid .Sack him
He's lost his head and it's reflected in the players
Won't get top 4 if he stays
It's not his fault the players don't care anymore. They can't even do the basics anymore. Today Nunes and Gvardiol let us down terribly after the 85th minute.Pep when he doesn't have vastly superior players is being badly exposed tactically.. That was fucking abysmal and has been for a while now.
Not entirely true. Plenty of heavy defeats in his first season with players being played out of position and a few aging stars. The next season we became Centurions. Nothing different now except the current set have had won 4 in a row. It's far worse

Especially cos they cant press and if they do they cant recover. We need a huge overhaul. He needs to change this system of 4 behind Erling. Doesn’t work anymore. Outdated.
We need new ideas.
We will never sack him mate but as klopp just season he will probably announce he is going .I Don't know if he is going to get the sack, but for the first time I'm thinking it's possible, I don't know what the fuck he's telling them, I don't know what the tactics are supposed to be, I don't know what the fuck is wrong with some of these players but they can't be this bad, you can blame injuries all you want, every team has them, but those players on the pitch are good enough to smash that rubbish rag team, you can blame individual mistakes all you want, but when it's happening every single game from almost everyone it's on the manager.
It's clearly obvious now this isn't the Pep team, this is the Rodri team and it's been the case since last season, he had a year to find a plan without him and he hasn't, if he can't do it it's time to go.
