How the fuck would we know since he never gives the academy lads any minutes to begin with ? also he could've tried Nunes in midfield, he could've played Savinho on the right and put Silva in the middle, but no he just keeps playing Gundogan.
So you have no idea how good or bad the academy players are but still assume you know better than someone who see them every day. What if they are twice as bad as our senior players? Should Pep play them just so you can see them?

We are a victim of our own success for several reasons.

- small squad
- physically knackered players
- mentally knackered players
- motivation not longer there they have won the lot with city
- teams scared to death still park the bus - especially good teams.
- if we dont score first and second like we have done previously teams wont come out ans we get caught on the break

Even if Pep were to change it how would it help. Teams will still sit deep and not play us no matter the style we play. There wont be space behind for a longer or more direct game. We can make quicker transistors but see above…

This is only fixed by players getting their mojo back, getting new players and taking our chances .

You are missing the point . Of course youngsters should be starting that’s what pep did at the start of this unbelievable slump , the youngsters did ok especially at Spurs away in the Carabao but when results and performances continued to get worse he stopped playing the youngsters probably to protect them .
He never played them after the Carabao game.

Once again pal because we've seen multiple examples of players who were here that Pep didn't use and turned out to be good players for other clubs, all of these examples have been in the last couple of years, so there is a pattern here.

We've consistently sold the best, what he have left is Championship standard. Still.good footballers, but not up to breaking into our frist 11.

I get it. You dont care about winning trophies, whats important is that we give every youth player with a decent possibility to become an average PL player a few years in the future some minutes.
