It's not a matter of Pep or any other manager "earning" anything. He's the boss and as such he can make whatever decisions he sees fit. At the same time when he does things that someone does not agree with he is absolutely subject to criticism. If you bother to read what I wrote I wrote he has earned the right to be trusted. If you don't think that then that's on you because most City fans would agree with me.

City have made some bad decisions recently in transfers and lack of them.

Too true, there are a few fair-weather fans who just want and expect the good times, being in 2nd place the champions league FA cup and the world club cup not enough for them mate.
