Until the outcome of the hearing making any significant signings feels remote . Players and agents would want certainty and unless the club has an inkling of the bulk of the charges being quashed then feels like we run with the squad until the summer.
January will be interesting, no signings would indicate bad news, a big signing and I'd be confident that we're confident re the 115

Watched the game again and I start to question if Pep has lost (part of) the dressing room.

Some players did not look like believing the game plan themselves.

Some player's body languages particularly in the 2nd half were very ... off... including our star players like Halaand and KDB.

KDB and (even) Bernado stopped tracking back and did not show remot interest to do it around 70min. We were still only 1 down.

Pressing was off except in part of first half.

Bernado asked Lewis to listen to instructions as early as first minutes of 1st half. Lewis looked not interested. Bernado seemed not happy.

Grealish and Doku were visually upset about Josko's passing at times when they got ignored.

Pep shouted to the bench and asked Savio on when Doku lost his ball seconds before Juve scored their 2nd goal.

Gundo looked like he wanted to kill Walker.

KDB was ...just walking on the pitch after 60min.

I mean... we fans were disappointed when we saw the lineup with certain players. Would not the dressing room feel the same?

Pep has just been asked if a replacement for Rodri is the priority in January and he replied: “When I have Kova and Gundo I don’t need a replacement in that position.”

I hope he’s just being coy so we don’t appear desperate in January.

He better be being coy, otherwise he is kidding himself, we need to buy in Jan, he knows it, we all know it, stubbourness at it's finest, needs to realise this, it's ok saying wants players back, fucking season is running away from us, a few new faces will help a lot, but as per he defends his players to the hilt........on camera

I don't think that's exactly what he's saying, I think he's saying that if he had Rodri, Kovacic, and Gundogan all fit and available then the team would be playing better and he wouldn't need to go into the transfer window.

But because he can't trust Kova and Gundo to stay fit now Rodri's injured, he needs (as he's said) '25 or 30 players' in the squad instead, especially with the Club World Cup being expanded over the summer period.

So we have to buy in Jan

Yeah I was definitely encouraged by the 25-30 players comment.

He said he’s reflected on squad size in light of the injuries. Sounds like we’ll spend in January if the right deal comes along and then have a full on splurge in the summer.
