To be fair. Making no excuses. But Haaland doesn’t move.

Hard to create a chance for a statue.
IMO Haaland would move a lot more, if he thought he had any chance whatsoever of receiving a quick pass/through ball etc. I wouldn’t move either, if every time I moved, I watched my midfielders pass backwards/sideways. We have a midfield and bunch of wide men, that aren’t fit for purpose.

And setting us up correctly would've been setting us up to score goals not get a 1-0 when everyone knows we can't keep a clean sheet to save our lives and can collapse at any moment, and that's another one on the manager, every single time we concede we collapse, poor mentality and the manager has to take the blame here too.
Setting us up to score goals would also mean exposing our already weak/slow midfield. United on the pace would have killed us. He got it right, we were winning the Nunes comes along.

How many time3s you see the ball go out wide for Doku or Savinho to beat the man a few times to make room for a cross and then just pass it back?

Today we did it from a corner after a short corner, it's boring and it's shit.

No haaland is world class if used properly.
Foden could be he was last season.
Dias maybe.
Kev was isnt close any more.
Then use Haaland properly
Then motivate Phil

Kev is world class even if fragile, he can win a game by himself.... few teams are so lucky to have someone like him

6/7??

Try 12-13.

Remember Rags went through this and they shipped their golden boy Beckham off to make a statement they will not accept standards dropping.

Sadly it's on us now to not look fondly at old times but at the present.
I agree, but that’s simply not realistic mate especially with he contracts some are on…

All I see is an excuse for a manager who's suffering the first bit of adversity I this career and has no idea what to do but panick and spread the panick into the players
I said I would never post again in here but I can't ignore that. It's the most moronic post I have ever seen, and in this forum that's saying something.

Can you name any other "excuse for a manager" that has won 6 titles in 7 seasons - and the rest - in what is considered the best league in the world? I haven't seen any panic whatsoever, all I see is a team out of sorts due mostly to a lot of injuries and necessary changes.

We need a break too, we seem to be conceding a lot which 9 times out of 10 wouldn't have ended in a goal, like the last one today. Penalty was a bit soft to say the least when you compare it with how Haaland was being wrestled in the first half, but that's the way it's going. It will come back, just stop fucking whinging people and keep the faith.

Wouldn't normally call this out either, but can't even spell a simple 5 letter word.

No .
In my opinion kev is finished.
Unfortunately.
And with haaland..much as I love pep it goes against his style of play to pump it to haaland.
If that lad played for the dippers of Madrid he would score twice as many.
I believe he's genuinely the best striker ever.
He doesn't suit our play

Yeah you should. He doesn't get excused because of the titles, as they are negated by the amount of money and responsibility to win he has at all times. He doesn't seem to be coming up with anything in either selection, motivation or tactics to turn the ship around. At some point any change becomes an improvement.
Bollocks.

Other than Haaland.. no one's on an insane salary.

Maybe Grealish, Bernardo too. And Stones as well but they've only got 1 year to run.

Everyone else is more like 200k I think.

BTW it's amazing how they've turned from footballers to instagram stars.

Fuck off, who cares what a madrid fan thinks , and you only appear when we lose , do one

You want him gone for purely selfish fucking reasons

How can you improve on the best manager ever .we're shit at the moment.
And some is on him.
But swap him.
Question him.
Not me mate..in pep we trust..and if he doesn't turn it round we still owe him nothing.
And we never turn on him.
We will always be grateful for what he's done

No it means being more direct in possession and using the pace of Haaland, Foden and Doku not passing it around for the sake of passing it around, we could still protect our defence by sitting deeper and not play so high.

Maybe Grealish but his contract expires in 1 more year. Bernardo too. And Stones as well.

I’m not talking money mate I’m talking length. It’s just not possible to let 12 go in one window

If I were Pep, I would bench Haaland. I think we need false 9 and go to the absolute basics. And especially, we need 10 players running and pressing. Haaland barely makes an effort and makes all our pressing attempts a mistake.

Make your own luck. Numerous times KDB got the ball on the wing in the first half today and Haaland stood motionless centrally instead of making a run behind the defence. That’s unacceptable IMO.

peps system demands pressing from the front backed up by the midfield and we just don't have the legs for it, we never win the second ball ,it used to be the opposition miscontrols by an inch we used to nick it, now we are always late, he needs to change things ,but pep has his way and he wont change.

Pep isn’t getting sacked, nor should he. People need to remember…no other manager is coming in and sorting this shit show out. The players aren’t there to sort out. A new manager comes in, he still has idiots like Walker at RB. He still has Gundo in a wheelchair at CDM. Despite what the media tell us, our squad depth is absolute shite. It’s a top XI backed up by pure mediocrity.

Whoever is in charge, needs to spend a fucking fortune to sort this out and Pep has earned the right to be the one doing the spending.
