Has never had to deal with anything like this in his managerial career and currently it’s sad to say but he’s lacking in any ideas or solutions. When we are regularly conceding 2 goals a game he needs to be more pragmatic with the set up of the team defensively. If he hasn’t got the solution then surely one of the numerous coaches has an idea. Continuing to play a high line with a lack of pace, leaving us short in the wide positions because Rico is in midfield, the tactics just don’t suit the players we’ve got
He cant keep saying "I have to find a solution" and do literally the same thing every game.
I know playerw havent done enough, but some clearly dont have legs so play O Reilly, Wright, Savio and Doku more.
Im so tires of seeinf Gundogan, Bernie and Lewis at the same time.
Im especially tired of the duo of Gvardiol and Lewis, because Lewis will push up forcing Gvardiol as the back 3 when he is far better pushing up, just play JSP or Walker should have started.
His decision making is fucking awful.
He does not understand how to manage the squad.

And yet some people get really sensitive when you say certain players need fucking off.Always wondered how you motivate multi millionaires to run around chasing a football when they have won it all before - today it looked like you can't.
I don't want to see anyone in a blue shirt that shows that attitude, regardless of what they've won in the past.
Move them on at the right time and bring in hungry players that want to win trophies.
Maybe didn’t notice he was out there.Hard to understand how he sat through that and didn’t make the Gundogan change until 2-0 down at 70 mins.

It's about winning trophies, not giving charity minutes to kids.Really must have to be a proper brown noser as a kid to get into his squad, he’d no choice with Foden, he was already here, look at the list he’s fucked off from us really and I include sancho in that list as well, must forget he was once a young player trying to make a name in the game

So let me get this straight, no team should ever give any minutes to youngsters because the team is doing poorly, sorry but I don't get this logic at all.It’s not judging them pal it’s a matter of do these academy deserve to suffer in the first team with players coming to the end of their careers playing woefully and with a bad attitude and lack of will to win ? Do anyone here that think its time to go for Pep really think another manager would win us trophies with this squad this season? If Pep has a squad good enough, he delivers trophies. He has proven that over and over and over again, both at this club and in other countries.
Could another manager do a better job grinding out results to reach top4? Probably.
Could another manager do a better job at winning trophies? Unlikely.
I know what I prefer, couldn't care less if we finish 4th or 9th. We either win or we dont.

He must know this team is cooked - of course he can't say it and has to -from the outside at least- back them. But when he says we played good in the first half one has to wonder - even the most blue speckled of us would have to agree that they should have been leading by at least 2 at half time - they could have had 2 in the first 3 mins...

You are missing the point . Of course youngsters should be starting that’s what pep did at the start of this unbelievable slump , the youngsters did ok especially at Spurs away in the Carabao but when results and performances continued to get worse he stopped playing the youngsters probably to protect them .So let me get this straight, no team should ever give any minutes to youngsters because the team is doing poorly, sorry but I don't get this logic at all.
