He can't keep setting us up like this though, relegation fodder are slicing through us like butter.

When we sign some fit defenders and a midfielder who can contest duels in the middle of the park he'll play them. He's not stupid. He was better today with proactive subs and I'm assuming instructions to drop deeper and look to be more direct on the counter.

Just look at Simpson Pusey being given a run out and the keyboard warriors are saying a kid in his first games is not good enough.

Don’t play the kids Pep is useless play the kids they get slagged off.

Personally I would have liked to see much more of mcatee- the others like wright and o Reilly I think need to come through with a more stable side.

70% which after 500 games is quite frankly absurd.

For reference Pellegrini and Mancini both had 61% for us, and Ferguson landed on 65% at United

When it's all said and done Pep's ability to return City to the top again will be his greatest achievement. He's always been slagged for going to teams who were already established but replacing aging superstars with the right young players will prove he truly is the GOAT.

McAtee is not a kid, he is a player that's had 60 games at pro level in the Championship and the PL.

Bizzare that is was yesterday before he was given a chance in such a shocking season for the club.

His ability, energy and power were such a positive for the team is was untrue, hopefully this kickstarts his season and career with US.

Yet we all know he’ll play about 5 more minutes for city and sold on for peanuts in the summer.
