Pep Guardiola was chased on his bike by a crazy fan through Manchester city centre tonight

I don't understand the obsession. I've met some very famous people and I've never even so much as acknowledged them. I once pissed in a urinal next to Tim Westwood in an empty club before opening and he looked over as though he expected some kind of "Ah wow, it's Westwood" and I washed my hands, dried them and walked out without so much as an It's Friday, yes it's Friday. I think it was a Saturday tbf. But still.

Maybe it's just me, but I don't think there's much wrong, he's obviously can't believe his luck to see Pep out and about. He's a bit OT, but no harm was done. Pep will be used to it and will see the funny side. Pep didn't look scared, just bemused.

I mets David Silva in Spain and kinda lost my cool with excitement. There was a ton of questions I wanted to ask him, but I just stood there blank smiling like a demented fruitcake.
Not much wrong? Apart from being a dangerous deranged babbling **** you mean?

Does the video show the brand of bike Pep was riding? - as a bike nerd I am curious - bonus points if you can make out the groupset

I don't see how anyone is defending the idiot behind the camera, if they've seen the footage.

If he was a City fan, Pep clearly wasn't in the mood for it, so why didn't he take a hint? He's under no obligation, especially if it was late at night. Respect peoples boundaries, let them do things on their terms if you want something from them, not yours, it's not difficult to grasp. Why would a City fan be mocking him like he was for not stopping also? It could be some rag trying to push this pathetic "Pep doesn't like black people" meme that's started on social media.

Pep did right by waiting until he was in a public area that was well lit(expensive bike), he still stopped and looked him in the eye once he was where he wanted to be. At which point the big man starts giggling awkwardly. It reeks of disrespect that footage IMO.

Fucking rude cockney wanker! Sounds like an absolute ****. You don’t address people by screaming “yo bro” for fuck’s sake. Whatever happened to those things called manners?
With his yo bro and other shite 'Roadman' talk the stupid little twat sounds like he should be on Arsenal TV.

A few years back when I was bursting for a piss I had to use the toilets at Oxford Road station. As I was going in, Ian Dowie (former Southampton player and manager of Crystal Palace and several other teams I can't recall) came out and seemed to give me the filthiest look! This was not prompted by any 'Pep Style' following/pursuing from my part.
In truth, looking back, it may just have been his 'usual look' thinking about it! .
(Of course, it's 'what's inside' that really matters and all that, but Mr Dowie was certainly no David Ginola when it came to looks was he!!??)

I think you are being kind - he had a face only a mother could love

I'm sure I've seen a picture of him riding a Pianrello (105 I think).
Thanks - nice bike brand - a bit too posh for tootling around the city centre.

I remember Mancini had a bike painted in custom City colours.

That's modern society when they're filming themselves, it's the "famous for a minute" vibe. You can't blame them when journalist and social media influencers get paid a fortune to do the same?

I think we can all agree that the old ways of waiting to say "hello" patiently and shaking hands are well and truly over mate and it's something we all have to get used to.

You don't want to know mate, it was a Raleigh step through with a basket on the front.....

I disagree. I think rude cunts should be pointed at and called rude cunts until they wise up and stop being rude cunts.
