I have also thought, if taken to court that it is illegal to stop owners investing in their club/ business.

I would imagine the usual suspects are planning an FFP salary limit as a % of commercial revenue. That would be a logical next step if they were after City and would explain Tebas' zeal with Barcelona's salaries .....
