He’s done great stepping in over the last couple of weeks and his experience as a coach is massively valuable to us but I don’t think he’s the answer post-Guardiola.

He has one of those faces that when he smiles you can't help but smile too. I had an Uncle exactly the same who was universally loved, it's a great characteristic.to be born with.
