He’s clearly one of those guys who excels at being a no. 2 but isn’t that well suited to being the boss.
He’s done great stepping in over the last couple of weeks and his experience as a coach is massively valuable to us but I don’t think he’s the answer post-Guardiola.
There’s a touch of the Pellegrinis about him.

If my memory serves me correct, wasn’t there a Bluemoon witch-hunt against Lillo 2-3 years ago when we had a bad run of form?
People literally blamed the team’s whole downturn on the lack of animation from Lillo on the bench, who had just replaced Pep’s previous number 2.

He has one of those faces that when he smiles you can't help but smile too. I had an Uncle exactly the same who was universally loved, it's a great characteristic.to be born with.
