Since all power is in Pep's hands, he is deciding his contract situation. Now even if he said tomorrow that he is leaving come the end of the season, I think our board would find a suitable replacement. Even if he said he wants in on the rebuild, I think most of us would immediately look forward to later seasons.

The fact that Pep gets to decide is, imo, very unfair considering his recent showing in the league.
