This is a worn out retort to Pep criticism. Like we didn't win trophies with our 2 managers before Pep..
The team needs fresh ideas and fresh approaches. We've stagnated. Bayern and Barca were fine when he left.

At least make Pep give his decision on his contract? We are going to a rebuild and don't have a single clue as to what his final decision is. Can you imagine this leeway being given for Mancini or Pellegrini?
How does Pep get to deliver 2 stinkers in a row in the PL and still he gets to decide when, where and how the future of this club is decided?
It’s not criticism as he won’t stay here forever. I am genuinely asking a question.

Is the correct answer. Pep is an employee he is not bigger than the club (though you would think he was going off some posts on here). This whole situation is ridiculous. We are treading water with no direction cos Pep isn't giving an answer and since his mates run the club they aren't pressuring him for an answer. I wouldn't be surprised if Mrs Pep isn't already picking the curtains for their new home.

Let's just pack up MCFC when Pep goes, no point going on.
ffs there were great managers before Pep and there will be great managers after Pep.
He's not a God, he's a top class manager but we'll still win trophies with another manager, just like we did before Pep
