This would be ideal and some would say "impossible", but if there is any club that could make it happen...
You really think the club would have two first team managers?
You really think a first team manager would want tobe an assistant for a year?

De Zerbi is a shocking man manager, same school as Mancini. This would be ideal and some would say "impossible", but if there is any club that could make it happen...
No that’s unlikely to happen. And DeZerbi is a good manager, done nothing to suggest he is an elite managerIs there a scenario where a like minded coach comes in for a year alongside Pep and is trained the pep way. Im thinking someone like De Zerbi.. A co-coaching 1 year only arrangement, that way the great man leaves his legacy and his work in safe hands.
There's a video of him as our assistant every goal against arsenal he sat down and didn't celebrate he's arsenal through and throughArteta will take over when Pep leaves
It's absolutely what won't happenThis is absolutely what needs to happen
Same but with Pep signing a new contract that keeps him here for 15 years. :-)Best scenario is as follows.
- Pep signs for another year after next, taking his total to ten.
- Vinnie signs for Bayern and takes them to multiple league titles and CL finals (where we beat them twice), playing a city style of football.
- Bayern look to improve Vinnie's contract only for him to confess that he wants to return home to be with his family and the love of his life, City.
- Pep's leaves in a trail of glory having won another two trebles, crowning him as the untouchable, undesputed best manager the world has ever seen. He goes off on a much deserved sabbatical.
- The reins are handed over to Kompany who goes on to almost beat Pep's record during another ten year tenure at God's own club.
- The rest will be written in the stars.
