Straight away you notice the intensity of Pep as coach this will surely manifest itself on to the pitch. At times last season it felt we were playing in the style of Manual's personality. I can't see how the players can fail to be enthused by Pep's personality and coaching.

Build from the back and get sorted fast at the back seems to be the order of the day. He will stop telling them when he starts a new ball soon and expect them to bloody well notice themselves as a unit, well i assume that is how it will go.

Love how passionate he is! First day at training doing drills and he's as animated and passionate as he would be in the Champions League final. Must be so inspiring turning up to work for this guy instead of an old gentleman stood there spinning a whistle around his finger.

It looked like real coaching out there. If thats just 1 drill makes you wonder what the other drills be like. Good to see the young lads about they must be buzzing to be part of the first training session with Pep chance for them to say dont forget about me.

well, watching that, that's us 3-0 down in 10 minutes to Sunderland playing square passes to the keeper in the box. :p.
You know, that was my first thought (: however, it should be expected to see a good few gaffs over the first few months. I hope joe is up for this!!!

Great fun to watch that. We never got to see Manuel in training did we? But I doubt that he is as intensive as Pep is on the pitch and its easy to see why he's so great at developing youngsters.
Whenever I seen Pellegrini in training he was always just talking to ruben... I know it probably wasn't like that but that's how it came across on the videos.
Pep looked so impressive in that video, 90% sure a motivated manager will bring out more in the players.
