As a commentator, I agree. The shite he spouted after the Bernardo tweet elevated him twat to c*nt for me, but he was a decent player for us and I was using it as an example within the past 40 years where he has done some decent commentary

I don’t disagree with him that the rain affected our passing, but it was a clumsy way of putting it.

Yea for someone around football he should know the makeup of pitches 100% soil pitches havent been around for decades in top flight. In fact most dont have any soil at all I believe desso are 100% sand and nylon, but I could be wrong.
At City academy they have at least 3 different type of pitch to train on depending on who Ciyy are playing so they can use to that type of pitch.
