Peterborough (A) | Post Match Thread

We called in a sports bar about 4 ish, half a mile from the ground, not many in at that time, ordered the beer as my mate pointed out the liverpool memorabilia around the pub. As I'd already ordered we stayed for one pint, short chat with the landlord who was the big liverpool fan from peterborough, and was a little concerned about City fans coming in, so much so he moved a four foot tall cardboard cut out of mo salah from the bar.

Did it fall over?

Nonplussed about this phenomenon (which was already going strong at Villa), but then I'm not a lady. Could somebody explain? Is it his calves, or the Alice band, that turn them on?
Does nowt for me except to think aww poor kid, reminds me of my Grandson.
VK , Dunnie and John Boy on the other hand….I’m old not dead!! ;-) :-)

I think Peterborough played really well. They were obviously well up for it as it may well be their biggest game ever and definately the biggest up to now for their current players. The bobbly pitch suited them more than City and the crowd were vociferous. Another learning curve for our guys i feel. Wouldn't be surprised to see their striker Ricky Jade-Jones get a move to a club higher up the league. Very quick and put himself about very well. He certainly kept Dias and Ake on their toes.

Saw him in the Wetherspoons before the game, and noticed he was having a problem getting served he must have been invisible to the bar staff
Yes , that was me waiting 20 minutes to get served . I’ll have to find a more noticeable outfit for the next away game
