He held his arm when their player put it around his neck so he couldn’t release it mate.If I heard it right Dixon said something about Fernandinho holding onto the Peterborough players arm? Then the other dickhead on comentating said something about Fernandinho usually being quite good at talking his way out of those situations?
I didnt really understand any of it, looked to me like Fern had just been wrestled to the ground but apparently not?
Fair enough I knew it would be Fernandinhos fault, He is very good at talking his way out of those situations though :-)He held his arm when their player put it around his neck so he couldn’t release it mate.
Everything else you said was correct mate, tbh it was just handbags and neither worthy of a booking imo.Fair enough I knew it would be Fernandinhos fault, He is very good at talking his way out of those situations though :-)
He's good at keeping possession. Unlike Sterling who loses possession too often. The ball and then that touch from Jack for the goal. He’s really starting to settle now. We missed him against spurs. Hope plays on Sunday as he’s the sort of player you need against the rags.
I think the same, Grealish is playing within himself, making few mistakes, but just needs to gamble a bit more with his final ball, or like you say, have a shot. He is quality, and although he comes across as a very confident lad ,is probably lacking in confidence a bit at the minute.Grealish cuts in so often like Mahrez but rarely does he shoot. He needs to be a bit more selfish. He was good last night. One of our 3 best players with Mahrez and Foden.
It's good that Foden delivered on the pitch after a difficult time for him. His Mum and family will be very proud of him. That man is made of the right stuff.
Agreed, it seems a very natural and comfortable movement for him and he can strike the ball cleanly, something he should work on to perfect, imo.Grealish cuts in so often like Mahrez but rarely does he shoot. unlikely for Pep to encourage "gambling" , risking losing possession, plus JG is still auditioning for a regular starting spot. An element of safety-first at this stage must be on his mind. That pitch was prepared to make our one-touch interpassing as difficult as possible, on a flat pitch it is our best most effective weapon, and Jack has the ability to fit in and prosper.I think the same, Grealish is playing within himself, making few mistakes, but just needs to gamble a bit more with his final ball, or like you say, have a shot. so the other 2 didnt watch either as not pulled him upApparently Mahrez scored from the penalty spot last night according to Sly Sports News this morning
But Sterling scores three times the number of goalsHe's good at keeping possession. Unlike Sterling who loses possession too often.
I think this is not part of Pep's instructions. The number of times I was calling SHOOT! last night. Only Gundog had his hearing aid switched on. How many football games are won with a wee bet on a shot. I often think that we do not play to a packed defence's weakness - you can block a shot but you can't guarantee where it's going.I think the same, Grealish is playing within himself, making few mistakes, but just needs to gamble a bit more with his final ball, or like you say, have a shot. Peterborough should write to the FA and complain about that as it was never a pen…!!!Apparently Mahrez scored from the penalty spot last night according to Sly Sports News this morning
