Would they have played at Newcastle had they not gone out?
The unanswerable question.
Pep said they were not picked to play because of their behaviour. So that does answer the question

Not really. He may have not picked them anyway. This just guaranteed it as he was making his point.Pep said they were not picked to play because of their behaviour. So that does answer the question
Its no good being great in training if afterwards you do something that affects your career. As I have already said - he’s been dropped by his National manager & his club manager already at his young age.
That’s not my conclusion- it’s a fact & surely you agree that it has affected his career? He could have had another England cap & further international experience but he was sent home in shame. It affected the club against Newcastle in that they both had to be benched for disciplinary reasons. This is not me drawing conclusions
Fact is they are doing things that have ALREADY affected their careers and reputations
Why is it so certain they have been made aware? If you were being investigated for a r*pe charge, why would you tell your employer, before you have even been charged? What could he possibly gain from that? Do you think the police calls the club and tell them weeks/months before they decide to charge him, despite the things he is being accused of are in no way related to his work? Or do you think the club are monitoring all ongoing police investigations all the time, in case one of our players might pop up in one of them? You honestly think that the club weren't made aware of police interest in Mendy and his activities?
You're very naive.
Not really. He may have not picked them anyway. This just guaranteed it as he was making his point.
On your first senior International call up for your country , you would think the last thing on your mind would be looking to shag some Instagram "model" and in your first major tournament dying your hair bright blonde is some serious attention seeking.
In my humble, it's a warning of possible attitude issues and I am glad we have a very strict and fair manager that will get to the bottom of it and quickly.
It’s not turning a blind eye. They weren’t considered for selection as a result of their night out drinking.oh come on. How much clearer does Pep have to be. You turn a blind eye if it makes you happy but it c
David Silva had a hair transplant, the attention seeking whore that he was.aguero used to regularly dye his hair. Was he an attention seeker? Nothing wrong with that at all. You sound very judgemental about people and their appearance
you questioned fodens professionalism and said/ implied he didn’t work as much as others which I don’t agree with.
I wouldn’t say it’s effected his career (foden). I think that’s an exaggeration. He got dropped for two games. Overall he’s had an amazing career and will go on to he one of our best players. Grealish is being rinsed by the media no matter what
Silva, aguero and plenty others used to go out drinking. I regularly see city, Liverpool players in the bars in wilmslow and Alderley edge drinking ( didn’t measure how much)
Just listened to talksport, going on about Grealish, then justifying what he did by mentioning Gazza, Best etc, WTFIt’s a theory.
He might have burned out earlier too.
There’s another theory.
