Kun had been there and done it all, Foden has done jack in comparison.aguero used to regularly dye his hair. Was he an attention seeker? Nothing wrong with that at all. You sound very judgemental about people and their appearance

Silva and Aguero probably turned up for training 100%, Foden and Grealish were hungover allegedly, don’t even think Pep saying don’t go out for a drink but make sure your right the next day, anyway it’s all done and dusted now, and I agree it won’t affect Foden going forward.you questioned fodens professionalism and said/ implied he didn’t work as much as others which I don’t agree with.
I wouldn’t say it’s effected his career (foden). I think that’s an exaggeration. He got dropped for two games. Overall he’s had an amazing career and will go on to he one of our best players. Grealish is being rinsed by the media no matter what
Silva, aguero and plenty others used to go out drinking. I regularly see city, Liverpool players in the bars in wilmslow and Alderley edge drinking ( didn’t measure how much)
Not 'losing' at all, and certainly not 'going personal'. I'm simply pointing out that people with different backgrounds / levels of education frequently have differing views on matters.Aww bless.
Goes personal when losing.
Its no good being great in training if afterwards you do something that affects your career. As I have already said - he’s been dropped by his National manager & his club manager already at his young age.
That’s not my conclusion- it’s a fact & surely you agree that it has affected his career? He could have had another England cap & further international experience but he was sent home in shame. It affected the club against Newcastle in that they both had to be benched for disciplinary reasons. This is not me drawing conclusions
Fact is they are doing things that have ALREADY affected their careers and reputations
Not sure it’s about taking sides?Just listened to talksport, going on about Grealish, then justifying what he did by mentioning Gazza, Best etc, WTF
We are incredibly lucky to have a strong man in charge of this club, who will take no sh1t from any player, whatever their ability, reputation or standing.
We are truly blessed to have Pep, and anyone on here taking the side of the players involved is incredible in my opinion.

I get the impression that (like many others on here) if Phil Foden was your lad, you'd probably pat him on the back and maybe even celebrate his 'laddish' behaviour. If he was my lad, I'd be exceptionally disappointed with him.
I think this whole situation makes Grealish and Foden look like City's version of Dumb and Dumber. That's my personal view. It's just that my expectations of behaviour and standards are clearly different to yours.
There are no 'winners and losers' in this mate, just multi millionaires setting bad examples.
It’s not turning a blind eye. They weren’t considered for selection as a result of their night out drinking.
You can’t tell me that they were going to start and if they hadn’t, the forum would have justified it by saying Foden still has that niggling ankle injury and Jack has played the last two games, so a bit of rotation round Xmas is probably sensible.
No one can guess a Pep team selection.
Especially in CL finals.
Why is it so certain they have been made aware? If you were being invested for a r*pe charge, why would you tell your employer, before you have even been charged? What could he possibly gain from that? Do you think the police calls the club and tell them weeks/months before they decide to charge him, despite the things he is being accused of are in no way related to his work? Or do you think the club are monitoring all ongoing police investigations all the time, in case one of our players might pop up in one of them?
Its of course possible the club somehow was made aware, but its in no way certain, and going by how the club has acted, they were not. Unless you suggest Pep has no problem with his players going around r*ping women, which of course is a ridiculous accusation based on absolutely no evidence. Considering he benched his players for going out having a few drinks, I very much doubt he would have no problem with this accusation if he knew about it.
But yes, we are the ones being naive..
When you do, you will realise us FOC are right ..!Thread is eating itself now with the mock horror of it all. Jeez, I hope I never get old.
What the actual fuck have you taken from my post?Oh dear. Turning this into a different discussion on Pep’s “failings” now. Couldn’t make it up.
I’m not telling you anything - just what Pep said which was they were not in his selection because of their behaviour. Not my opinion - just Peps quote
