He's got so much, and such a unique style - the combination of great technique, fantastic energy (and strength for his size), eye for a pass, cool head. Just so excited. I hope he can continue to develop and not let the success go to his head too much.

I hope he gets rewarded for his u17 performances.

No ones going to expect him to play much of a role this season but a league or CL debut would be a great reward and give him encouragement that there's a will to get him in the team here.

If we draw or beat Napoli and guarantee topping the group, the Feyenoord home game would be an amazing place to give him his first start.

The fact that he's gone to a major tournament (against the best of the best at U17) and proven his mettle by driving his team onto victory over Spain he'll have gone up even higher in Guardiola's estimations.

He's shown a big game mentality and that he can handle pressure, two things that Guardiola criticises our English system for, i.e they don't play in front of crowds, etc.

That proves to me that he's ready and I think Pep will definitely start giving him minutes. He's also proven himself in a wide position which I've not really seen him play in for U18 or EDS, which gives him another edge.

He should be a huge reason why we shouldn't buy Sanchez IMO.

Think he is a wonderful prospect who will be at City for years and would love to ram Nevilles comments about him being at the wrong club back down his throat. Think we also need to ease him in gently and bring him on as sub in games for Merlin.

I know it’s very early days and he hasn’t kicked a ball in anger for City yet, but I do think that one day he’ll break Alan Oates appearance record for the club.

To think after all the worldwide scouting the club has done to find the worlds best young talent that the best of all has been here the whole time :))

I honestly don't think the Under 17s performance will have any impact on the senior side, simply because the senior side is managed by a dog shit manager and has too many dog shit players, such as Henderson, Dier and 'The Ox' to name but a few.
I meant by progressing into the senior team and replacing the deadwood we have in there at the moment.
I agree on Henderson, etc. and Southgate really hasn't impressed me at all during his tenure, so I expect he will be moved on if the usual underperformance occurs during the WC
