Took 3 goes to get in the queue. Once i got the message saying i was in the queue took about 10 minutes got my 5 tickets fine.

Total effort about 30 minutes that was at 11.30

Got through at 9.10 this morning, got two tickets, block 126. It cut me off originally, had to wait about 10 mins, then someone answered.

Finally got in the queue at about the 20th attempt, only took about 5 minutes waiting from there, I think they just don't have anything like enough capacity on the queuing system. Block 528A, row 13.
