Got through 4 times to a recorded message, pressed 1 etc, been told semi tickets on sale and then the engaged tone kicks in.

Exactly the same mate. Guys on the other thread said they got through at 9 but I smell bullshit.

No bullshit mate i got through at 9.00 that was when the bullshit started 25 minutes later i managed to get my tickets.

Wasn't that open to all season card holders thou? If your a season card holder at Bolton your guaranteed to get a ticket
