This was kept in my mate Frank's cellar and I would pick it up in my Ford Escort Estate.
Outside the Kippax car park, I'd have to blag about 15 lads to give me a hand getting it through the turnstiles. We'd get a couple of juniors wrapped inside it as we carried it over the turnstiles!
Then after the game we'd have to try and blag a few more lads to carry it back to the car - easy if we won, more difficult if we didn't!
It cost about £100 of Blue Print's proceeds each time we took it out as it would rip easily.
In the end, we wanted to bring it out for the first game of the new Kippax - but the club wouldn't allow it as it didn't have a fire safety certificate....
the flag rotted away in Frank's cellar before being taken to the tip.... :(

as far as I can remember it just came out on to the terrace. Then you stood wherever you wanted.
