Not a goalscoring cf imo. But we have attacking players who score.

According to the MUEN, Pep is not planning to buy another forward and Bony will be sold. Nolito and Sane are being targeted as attacking wide players, which will leave us with just Kun, whose injury record isn't exactly stellar, and Kelechi as our striking options for a 50-60 game season. Personally I think that's insane.

Completely agree. Without kun we are weak. Kelechi is a great prospect but nothing more at present and the same can be said of sane. Nolito a wide player who may way in with more than navas but that aint hard.

We need a player like aubamayang who can play central and is proven in yhat role but can also play in a front 3 with kun.

I'm imagining it right now and it looks an extremely lightweight prospect, and that notwithstanding I doubt we'll be doing a great deal of counterattacking next season under Pep. We had sand kicked in our faces repeatedly last year by any team that was up for it. We desperately need some height, physical presence and leadership. I'm not seeing much of those commodities in any of the players we've been routinely linked with so far, but I would certainly have welcomed the addition of Aubameyang. Hopefully the MUEN is just talking out of its rear end as usual....

I would like an extra striker but we are adding goals to the other positions if we get Nolito & Sane & the idea of DeBruyne in a Messi kind of role is a possible goer. Also Pep appears to rate Kelechi if it's true we won't let him go to the Olympics.

Yea it was a suggestion for one of the many possible combinations Pep could play given he frequently changes formations and such. For example in tough away games in the CL I could see us counter-attacking and that speed would unlock defenses.

I'm all for Auba, I think he would be a great addition and would take us up a notch.

All true ...could easily see Kelechi starting the first few games of the season if Aguero is not ready.
