last season he played 44 games compared to the non injury prone Fernandinho and Hart with 46 and 47.Only one season has he played less than 40. Pep will have a plan for if Aguero gets injured and Iheanacho isn't available , but I is going to be asking other positions to move about, not spending tens of millions on somebody happy to hang about just in case. Fact of matter is both times we've won the league we've had dzeko/negrado / jovetic
Other above average strikers in reserve or if we wanted to go 2 up top.
Kelechi is still young and bony is worse then Gerry creaney.
Need another striker for options IMHO

Yeah he promised his grandfather before he died he would play for them one day.
Before who dies? The grandad or Aubameyang? That could, potentially, be quite a while away.

I'm not having that - Gerry Creaney was a legend in his own (extended) lunchtime. Bony has a way to go to match our Gerry. Lol

We do need another striker and it would be criminal to think of kelechi as second striker but i really have my doubts about this guy, for the price we are being quoted its just not worth it in my opinion.

No matter if we have goals in midfield, we need strikers who can do their magic when our midfield is being overrun. Bony doesn't provide that. Jury is out if Kelechi can. Aguero himself occasionally struggles when he's isolated. We need a third striker option even if our midfield has goals in them. I know our priority is in defence but I believe another prolific striker is needed and there shouldn't be any issue in spending insane amount of money on one. Bony is a result of a half hearted attempt to address the issue and look what that has gotten us last season. Why settle for a striker as back up to Aguero, we should be looking for a striker that actually for once challenges Aguero.
