Yeah, won £15 on spot the ball once. But does anyone on here remember the Football Green?

In the sixties you could get both the Pink and Green. Best coverage of City in the Pink IMO.
The Green didn't have a good proof reader. I remember one classic error, saying Bell fired a shit just over the bar. Now I know Colin was top drawer but even he couldn't have managed that one.

I remember that quote in the green. They just got the name wrong. It was Tony Coleman who fired the shit over the bar.

My copy of the pink from 68 has the headline 'City Champs', not 'Champions'.

Anyone remember the photos of the crowd on the back page with circles round some faces? If you were circled you won a small cash prize.

Then there was the short-lived Miss Pink feature which was a Sun page 3 style photo of a topless girl.
