Pizza Hut/Dominos

It is shocking that they (along with Papa John's) stay in business here in the US. Every town has a few locally owned shops that are worlds better than the chain idiots. I chalk up their longevity to the fact that there will always be the idiot demographic that doesn't want good food. They just want what they're used to. I had somebody ask me about good Italian food recently and I told them of two places and explained that one is great and they'd be nuts not to go there. They ended up going to the Olive Garden and their reason was that they weren't sure the locally owned place would have anything they would like. Who the fuck goes out for dinner to have spaghetti with tomato sauce? Anybody who is capable of turning on a burner and boiling water could make the same thing at home.

Thanks, Peyton

How do these fuckers stay in business? Got a Pizza Hut leaflet through the door and for a medium Supreme (pepperoni, spicy beef, jalapenos, etc) they want £14.49. Fourteen and a half quid! My local kebab/pizza place do the same thing for £5.50. Even if I went for a 12" pizza at the local one, it would still only set me back £7.50.

Do you get a free trip to Italy thrown in at Pizza Hut?

They stay in business because most English people know fuck all about food, and accept the doughie, salty muck they send out without ever knowing what a pizza should taste like. It's Americanised, cheap mass produced food for teenagers and kids.

They run some business model like these furniture stores where most of what they sell is seen to be discounted when in reality the discounted price is what you should have been paying in the first place.

To be honest, even the best pizzas deteriorate massively when they sit sweating in a box, but the crass shite they serve was greasy, low quality junk in the first place.
