PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I am wondering if we did know something was coming? The incredibly low net spend over the last 5 years, and in particular the last year? Not saying the club agrees with the charges, just that we knew a load of charges were coming our way?
 
One particular disinformation that will become widespread accepted even if it’s not already done is we are bunch or cheats. It is a media propaganda like everything else and the other side has won.

We maybe as guilty as United Liverpool or others have been in some point in their history but the vile reporting against us made it become a common fact/fiction. And I made a point few years back during the time of CAS that City aren’t ruthless enough.


Maybe we are guilty maybe we are not.
Maybe we have extremely good lawyers but we are not as pure as claimed and when given a chance we never really went after the dirty 8/9s when we know they are actively plotting against us all the time.
 
With these alleged charges being brought against City maybe the PL should start looking into the affairs of clubs that are £½ billion in debt, clubs that were own by a Russian oligarch (or gangsters), clubs that have been bought by a regime who have murdered those who are critical of them, clubs who are sponsored by chartered banks who have been guilty of money laundering.

Somehow they won't because they are part of the cartel or have greased the palms of the people who run PL to look the other way.

The club is debt free and has done a lot of regeneration in the community which was a very deprived area. Can those clubs who are crying about us say that?
