I don't get why we should get a fine because we didn't cooperate, if we haven't done anything wrong.

Well we are almost certainly getting a large fine for non-cooperation. That is inevitable. Even if they don’t prove we cooked the books, we’re still getting fined.

Major assumption that we haven’t cooperated, the. Club was at pains to point out the lengths they’d gone to to cooperate.

I was thinking today,

Are City the only organisation, Business or individual that have been charged or are under suspicion as a result of Rui Pinto's hacking?

6 million emails or whatever it was and all they come up with is a case against City owners investing in their own Club / interest.

I can’t remember the details but a couple of cubs and some other pparties have been subject to sanctions by Portuguese FA. and some criminal action(?)

Thanks - found it. A quick read indicates it was Etihad reps who ran the search. In any case, if ADUG had paid it to Etihad, I’m guessing it would be very difficult for Etihad to hide the true source of those payments from their auditors.
