PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I've spilled one previously, which was the dossier he was central in putting together in 2012, that saw Walton disappear to the USA and Mason removed from our games for a while. It also saw Mike Riley come up to the Etihad to do the Q&A with Points of Blue.

Another was passing on key information that the club only partly acted on in the 2019/20 season. Had they acted fully, it's quite possible Liverpool wouldn't have won the title. They did act on other Liverpool-related information but it's something I suspect they already knew.
They should have pushed it instead of trying to play nicely.

I also know for a fact that there is a member of staff at City who is on 1st name terms with pep and every player who knows that a Premier league ref is a Liverpool fan (so presumably it will have come up in conversation at some point).

Friends don’t do what they did if it’s true. They want to keep Vinnie contacts at the club in case they want us to loan them a player. They will not be a direct rival to us at any time. City will get next to nothing out of it in my opinion
Burnley have different owners now, there's nothing wrong with re-establishing good relations with the club at that level. Rebuffing them would be like blaming Sheikh Mansour for the failings of Peter Swales.

Southampton at Home, when Foden unbelievably didn’t get a penalty that was 100% a penalty
That was the ‘matchday commander’ who was outed by Halsey iirc, overruled the VAR officials despite having no right to do so

That article shows how bent it is , it’s an absolute disgrace tbh , City are generally that good though we don’t often need pens to win a game , how on earth did that Rashford goal not go to VAR ? Some proper shady shit going on 100%
