PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Depends how desperate to expose the premier league we are and then break the NDA? One of our companies done it a few years ago and depending obviously what the terms are in the NDA then if it’s a financial penalty the club maybe be happy to break it to expose how the premier league are happy to cover certain issues depending on the club involved? Even better if we have any email trail of potentially the league asking/begging us not to pursue anything for the good of the league etc?
so if City expose wrong doing in the PL and how bent it is, which would be for the good of the game. The corrupt PL could than fine City for exposing them as corrupt. Is that right ?

I thought maybe a certain German midfielder who also used to play for the dippers and is constantly sniping at us in the press
He's just a alcoholic mess!
He may be an alcoholic mess - but @freshie is correct in what he is implying - although it may be a different individual that PB is referring to

How could they fine the club if anything is proven mate? My opinion is we get done for non cooperation which we will be guilty off and everything else will be left open to interpretation and us still branded as cheats

Bringing the game into disrepute with selected recordings taken out of context to show the organisation in the worst possible light :)

This hypocrisy thing is easy, isn't it?

It all depends on the content of the recordings doesn’t it ? For example, if it’s something on the lines of “give the goal , we are not having Manchester City win this game” then that’s tantamount to curruption , if it’s a recording that just says “give the goal I see nothing wrong” then we wouldn’t have a leg to stand on, as Dodge said , this happened at a recent City away game, and it was plain wrong that that goal at Old Trafford (if it was that game) didn’t go to a onside pitch review of the incident. That decision was disgusting that more than likely cost us a point maybe three.

He said that the phrase 'levelling up' was used.
May have been Boris Johnson speaking.
