You misunderstood what I said. It's those baying for City blood who seem to believe that the PL's inclusion of UEFA's time barred evidence could be the key to finally sinking us.

We responded to UEFA's time-barred accusations at the time, so it's not our fault that CAS ruled both the accusation & defence were beyond UEFA's limitation, so were struck out from their appeal hearing.

in a way I hope they do try and fuck us, we can take the kid gloves off, launch a tirade of stories in the media about what we know about the others, launch huge defamation proceedings and take the EPL to the high court for running an anti competitive closed shop. Fuck em.

I think if Mansour is part of the fourth largest sovereign wealth fund in the world, has the likes of Biden, Xi and Sunak on speed dial. Not to mention Jeremy Hunt begging for £10 billion worth of investment from the UAE he certainly has influence.

I agree with you, it's as boring as fuck everything to do with ffp. I could handle a relegation, fine, points deduction if we are found guilty. But they can really get fucked if they take any titles from us, that would hurt a lot

If you engage with these people, you have to do it in a way that doesn't give them the opportunity to twist your words. They are professional twisters. Difficult role to fill, I know I couldn't do it.

Do the media think we (MANCHESTER CITY) will just lie down and take any sort of punishment without a fight
I hope to god we fight dirty and bring the whole system down with us if they find something and we are found guilty of any wrongdoings.

Manchester City have said we have done nothing wrong, even been proven innocent by CAS on all charges.
The Premier League don't have any sort of new findings because there is none.

I just loved the bit where he “corrected” Stefan‘s use of the word “subjective” with “objective” just before the discussion really started - classic dick-waving behaviour that you see many times before battle commences. Only Jordan barely turned up for the fight.

It really does feel like the American owned clubs and that's be honest America likes to think of itself as the top dog. Thought they could force the pl into these charges and get away with it. The problem the USA owned clubs have is that Sheikh M and Mr K are better known by influencial people in the USA than they are.
Couple that with City being partly owned by a major USA company and I think we may understand their methods.

I would have thought that if the club had the wherewithal to 'bring down the whole system' then that would have been conveyed to the PL a long time before they decided to go with 115 charges.

The same applies when posters say we would take down Liverpool, United etc if found guilty. If we could do that then one of them would be history already as a warning to any others that fancied taking us on

It's complete and utter fantasy.
