PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

That’s a good point about not mentioning the others. How the law applies in this situation I am not sure, the premier league is a club which makes its own rules. I guess if we are unhappy with the outcome we can go back to CAS? However I am sure I heard somewhere that we can’t go to CAS?
We can’t

And if results are as expected this coming weekend he will face a world of shit from Leeds and Leicester, also rumoured Burnley have a score settle over last seasons relegation.
Incompetent fucker and an incompetent, corrupt shower of shit of an organisation.
Where’s their brand new recently appointed Chairman ? Not a squeak from her. She’ll hardly have her feet under the table and they’ll be a shadow Regulator breathing down their necks. You could see how piss-poor Masters was when the MP’s committee tore him a new one…rabbit in the fucking headlights.

I probably agree with MS on Pep however, like to think the Club strategy, people and operations play a big part too.

Rarely get a signing wrong, let players go when surplus and excelling at all junior and Youth levels.

That is not down to Pep.
I would add that i,ve every faith in the club to be already planning for Peps successor (whispers VK) and whilst there may be a transistion pieriod i certainly dont see a drop off on par with the rags over the last 10 years. Time will tell.

From Pep’s statements it sounds like we have produced and it’s the PL that are dragging this out.

Probably aligns with what Sky are saying with the nodding dogs of Carragher and Neville, trying to assert that we are dragging our feet when the reality is the opposite.

Trusting in our club comes naturally for me and I’m 100% sure that they have absolutely nothing on us apart from us telling them that we won’t let them have insight to our business model and telling them to get fucked every time they ask.
I have a feeling this will result in just another non-cooperation charge sticking like was the case with UEFA. The only charge which I am aware of that slightly concerns me is the consultancy payments made to Mancini, but even if proven the punishment would be a fine? It certainly isn’t cheating - the word that opposition fans love to level at us. To me cheating is the match fixing exposed in Italy.

Or Bruce Grobbelar (allegedly)

Its amazing to me, the 'cheating' jibes that are flying around right now. Money is the steroid, and we are 'guilty' of taking it, but no mention of the millions and millions of free hits the cartel clubs were able to inject before they tried to pull up the drawbridge and keep everyone else out.

The truth of the matter that none of these charges would come remotely close to explaining why we are a fucking juggernaut of a club. Good planning and execution explains it, but if you are a crying twat fan of a rival club, I suppose being able to throw the word cheats around might help you sleep better at night.
