PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

For the panel to find that the Etisalat payments were disguised owner investment, they'd effectively have to call the chairman of Etisalat a liar. Bearing in mind that this is a publicly listed company on the Abu Dhabi stock exchange, with thousands of ordinary shareholders taking up a 40% stake, the ramifications of any such ruling would be significant. I'd expect the share price to take a hit and calls for a change in leadership at the executive level. Put simply, I don't think Etisalat would take it lying down and would fully expect a counter-action to be brought.
It's a point worth thinkkng about that the actions don't need to come from city but from the sponsors who are damaged, and perhaps even better they could sue in their home territories.

She’s a Rag, absolutely fucking clueless.
She sounded like a heavyweight journo to me, They went on to cover the important topics of should men drive with no shirt on & should you wear socks with sandals so I think its fair to say she is quite a important figure in the broadcasting industry :-)

Enough is enough. i think its time We started fighting back instead of ignoring it all and taking it on the chin, it's time we started sueing these bastards. Come on City fucking man up and get these cunts in court, let's grow a pair for once shall we. I tell you what this wouldn't have happened at united while ferguson was there he would have fucking hammered them.

Theirs one thing that all these allegations, over the last 10 years has taught us, is to check the facts .
Maybe something that journalists and supporters of other clubs should do.

'Journalists' don't even have to do this - they just need to check cuts and find the latest allegations are already in the public domain and also came out at CAS.
