They won't get away with that this time.
They shouldn't have been allowed to get away with it the first time at uefa.
City's biggest mistake.

The UEFA Investigatory Chamber was corrupt. See City’s interlocutory appeal at CAS. CAS were scathing in their ratio, but could not rule in our favour as their jurisdiction was over completed cases only. Hardly a mistake from us that they refused to follow due process.

The scan of that letter from the red shirts and spuds to the PL in the article needs screenshotting and spread all over social media just to show the thickos who believe the crap that comes out of Simon Jordan's gob and the other inarticulate know nowts in the MSM. People need to know that there really is a cartel and its been alive and kicking since we pissed on their chips and had the temerity to win the league on 2012. the charges levelled at City is fuck all to do with FFP and 100% there to serve the cartel's self protection agenda.

Indeed! In the run up to the CAS hearing we read quite a few stories about "smoking guns" that City had kindly provided UEFA with but we never actually saw one. This time around it seems that we are going to be undone by "bombshells" but the impression given is that even the purveyors of these alarmist stories are fairly sure the can't/don't exist. Etihad's books are coming to the PL's rescue and will show dishonesty of this damned club - even though they showed CAS nothing of the sort - even though the same hack in the same piece says they are more likely to show City's and Etihad's complete innocence. If the pen really is mightier than the sword we need to know which pen it is! Or is it the one with the forked nib!
