And then by 2 again, as some alleged offences can relate to the breaking of more than one rule.

The problem is that he is right. According to the legal guys on here that is exactly what the PL are alleging.

The good news is that they won't have a snowflake's chance in hell of proving it, unless they have incontrovertible evidence that will outweigh our explanations and witness statements. Trust me. They don't.

The other problem for the PL is that the severity of the allegations precludes a settlement unless the PL unequivocally states that there was no evidence to support the claims of fraud. That would be PL suicide. Mansour and Khaldoon aren't stupid. They know that if they settle the usual suspects will just be saying they settled because they were guilty. That's what happened in 2014 - apparently we were "convicted" then even though both parties settled to avoid a lengthy and costly process. They won't be allowing that to happen with allegations of fraud. Shame for the PL because I am sure they would like to settle right now.

So, most likely, we just have to wait for the process to run its course.

It really isn't. It is still 115 or (whatever the big number is) charges.

Technically, you can group it all into 1 'charge' if you really want to. People have done that with 5 groups of related charges. But they are all still individual charges.

I know the ITK's are saying this will go on for years.
But the increase over the last week of shit throwing at City makes me wonder if something is about to happen. It seems to have gone into overdrive.
Throw as much shit as possible because in a few weeks time City are cleared. Properly wish full thinking on my behalf

Its either the press/media are really pissed of City did the treble, which I find hard to believe. So that only leaves the charges.

Obviously I have no proof it's just a gut feeling, they has to be a reason for the increase in shit thowing.
