PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Unlawful ? FFP rules are not law ? Or are you saying because the allegations are about more than FFP accountancy and company processes fraud and the law they have no jurisdiction in fact the fact they are so serious helps us ?

Let me reverse the question. You think not complying with PL regulations is illegal?

I think his point is that the PL doesn't have the competence to determine criminality, and so aren't in a position to go back further than 6 years.
 
if you were in business and someone came along and showed you how to make that business win and make even more money and totally modern ,would you attack them, the premier league should of got khaldoon and his mates on board to help the premier league to be more successful in the medium/long term , i think they are trying to shoot the goose that will lay golden eggs.
