Going solely on the 1st half of England v Malta, do others like me think that clubs owners should be welcomed into spending billions in an attempt to raise the standard of the English game? The more that is spent if the owners are known to have the financial ability then the quality and renown of our game grows and it just won't be City showing the quality that can be attained.
