If City were relegated or titles taken away. What would be the consequences and would our owners take some form of drastic action? I can not help thinking the consequences, might be a lot more seismic than people imagine.

And we would be here backing the team no matter what.

In relation to the 115 charges the PL have cobbled together and dumped on us, it's been said time and time again by the senior guys at our club that all these changes are wholly and completely bollocks and that we have irrefutable evidence to back up our innocence once and for all..

It's now up to the PL to make their next move and I for one cannot wait because they know their going to get it fkin big style from us..

It's taking a fkin age because the PL are hamstrung and have backed themselves into a very big, dark corner..

If they have the evidence to convict us, let's see it, you've had 4 years to pull it together, stop pussyfooting around, get it on the fkin table..

Just reading the IC decision. It seems the PL wants a 6 point deduction even if a club is 1 penny over the allowable losses. Shall we call it a "minor breach"? Strange that the PL allowed losses are higher, but the sanctions are more severe, than UEFA. Shouldn't there be some alignment of the rules and sanctions?

Not asking for any particular club, but ......


Edit: Not sure I like this bit, either: "We have no doubt that the circumstances of this case are such that only a sporting sanction in the form of a points deduction would be appropriate. A financial penalty for a club that enjoys the support of a wealthy owner is not a sufficient penalty." So a fine for a club owned by a pauper is OK then? Not sure there are too many of those around.

Edit 2: The clubs wanting to pursue Everton for damages aren't a party to this complaint and so aren't referred to it. This IC can't, and didn't, therefore make any considerations on compensation. This IC is closed. Any compensation claims, I imagine, should be a new complaint with a new IC.

Shouldn't be if they are looking at Mancini's contract as a breach. His contract was signed before the scouse spying session. They stole an advantage over City and all the other PL clubs.
