PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

It's beyond tedious isn't it. They really want City fans to listen to them, to answer their questions but City fans aren't allowed any say judging by some of the attitudes. I'm seeing this kind of badgering a lot with social media creators: "Can you answer as a neutral, taking bias out of it: Do you think City are guilty or not considering all the evidence?" *not even giving them a chance to answer* "I mean, how can you not admit they are guilty, I'd hold my hands up if my club had all that against them, it's 115 charges you know, 115! Just think how big a number that is"...

Ask them what evidence are they talking about, other than some out of a context emails that need to be backed up real evidence of wrong doing and they go quiet or fall back on: "#nosmokewithoutfirethoughinnit"
 
So if City are found guilty of fraud and punished by the panel does it not then become a criminal case for the courts ? It then goes to trial and the club is cleared or the CPS decide not to prosecute what would then happen ?

As someone said earlier, their being exposed as to how badly the cartel clubs are run.

Judges comments on Harris when he was an "Expert" at the TVZ & Ors v Manchester City case.

Mr Harris’s statement is also factual, simply identifying and summarising the surveys which provide some information about footballers’ salaries.
It makes some observations about the surveys, but most of these observations are ones
which do not require specialist expertise. Rather, they are apparent on the face of the
documents themselves. If and in so far as the statement sometimes strays into inappropriate expert comment, the judge will be well able to disregard such comment.
