PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Pep’s just said in his presser there’s more of a chance of him staying at the club if we were to get relegated to league one than there would’ve been after winning the champions league.

he just gets it - what a bloke

"Tough game guys, Mansfield are a really really important side. In the transition, in the press, so so good. We will be there".

The Media aren't particularly interested in guilt or innocence. They just know that by continually badgering and badgering they'll get more "likes" and views from the City-haters, especially during International Breaks or non-news weeks.
It's even got to the stage where a complete exoneration will be treated like a victory for power and corruption, and whilst I agree with Stefan's assertion that the club has every right to defend themselves, I also believe that ultimately the time factor will work against us, essentially because the media will portray it as a delaying factor.
I'm sick to the back teeth of this Kangaroo Court justice from the likes of Harris, Syed, Rudd, Delaney and Sweeney.

I couldn't love the boss more for saying this. I just wish he weren't the only one doing so.

They continue to entrench our polarized positions with their futile attempts to divide and conquer.

Just because the media believe what they print doesn't mean it is true.

How ironic that a once truly professional media has to resort to questioning the integrity of auditors and accountants in other sectors simply to sell their wares.

Yep. It was all or nothing with UEFA with rumours that Ceferin had offered us a minor punishment when he turned up for that Shakhtar game a few months before they slapped us with the 2 year ban. The club were clearly confident of their position, otherwise we would've cut a deal before it went to CAS IMO. It seems they're equally confident this time too.
City confirmed the Ceferin offer. Omar at a City Matters meeting I believe.

The media narrative now being peddled for simple minds.

Everton were deducted 10 points for one breach even though they co-operated with the PL.

Manchester City face 115 charges and fail to co-operate and admit their guilt so should be punished accordingly.

No mention that Everton admitted their breach with the evidence in the public domain through their published accounts. We have seen no such hard evidence against City yet 115 charges are being pushed as uncontroversial and the possibility of them not being proven is incomprehensible.

How dare City challenge what are very serious charges and claim to have irrefutable evidence to disprove them? Punishment needs to be delivered without further delay. The only way City conceivably can get off is by delaying further through the use of expensive lawyers and exploiting loopholes and technicalities. In spite of being cleared by UEFA of similar charges, the possibilty that the charges cannot be proven and the consequences of the reputational damage done to the PL as well as City, does not feature in the narrative.
The new narrative from Spitty and others is that City should publish their evidence. Er…..it doesn’t work like that, morons.

Firstly... Everton didn't co-operate.
Secondly, City have not admitted anything!
