KCs are very clever people. That is not in doubt. It does not follow however that they also have high integrity. On the basis that barristers can get guilty people off from their charges, it is entirely plausible that the tribunal will find an angle to punish City amongst the myriad of rules and regulations the PL have created over the period in question. I don't believe City are guilty and this whole process pisses me off big time. But, I am increasingly mindful that innocent parties can be punished and guilty parties can walk free. The law does not always result in justice being done. Far from it. And equally, appeals don't always result in justice either.
That said, if the PL manage to land a low blow on City the whole structure of english elite football will be subject to an existential threat so huge with serious ramifications for the PL and English football. Armageddon springs to mind. So, clever KC, when you are being pushed by the PL to find an angle, consider the aftermath of your actions. If anyone sees KC Rosen on a tram in Manchester or similar we should impress upon him the responsibility he has been given. Some people call these things a poisoned chalice.
Fuck up in orders, directed against a much stronger force, bug out as soon as the fuck up is seen, and nobody gets to know the real truth. It's looking more and more like the legal equivalent of the Charge of the Light Brigade.
Rwanda win the 2026 World Cup.20 point deduction each season for the next 20 years
Demolition of the Etihad Stadium

Red shirts can sign any of our players on free transfers - since contracts are cancelled.
Pep deported to Rwanda.
The commission is made up of at least 2 KCs the Everton panel included a financial expert as well Like I said I don’t believe the KCs will risk repretation for a kangaroo PL court, why should they?If people think the IC is going to give us a fair hearing and punishment they are deluded.
Should they smash us with penalties then how will that negatively affect their reputation given that everyone out there thinks we’re guilty anyway. Make no mistake about it, they will hit us for six even if only foundry guilty for the most minor of offenses.
I am seriously uncomfortable that our fate is in the hands of these three individuals.
This needs to be looked at through the legal system, non negotiable.
Stadiums built by Migrants sent from UKRwanda win the 2026 World Cup.
I don't give those scumbags an ounce of credit...but you're right, far too many overrate those greedy nitwits...Maybe but I can’t help thinking of a more simplistic approach. Uefa accused and charged us due to jealous clubs in Europe and at home with no evidence but flimsy emails.
The premier is following the same path. Football is loaded so hiring lawyers for a few years is a drop in the ocean. Tebas kept spouting the nonsense that everyone knew city was guilty of owner funding but time barred issues did not allow punishment and hence we got away with it.
The clubs in England have ran with this due to pressure and the hope tebas was right. They also need to appease the rags/dips and need to show tough regulations.
Smoke and mirrors. This is a business fight and nothing to do with sport. Competition needs to be destroyed hence the attacks.
Imo we give far too much credit to institutions like the premier league without foundation.
Arsenal pre season tour.Rwanda win the 2026 World Cup.
Justice and the law are 2 very distant cousins, and in this case they are not even on speaking termsIntegrity and the legal profession aren’t particularly close bed fellows. Significant parts of the profession work to get people acquitted whom they often know have committed the crime!
