I won't vouch for the Midwest, the South or the West Coast but IMO you're being a little harsh on NY. You didn't mention NJ which in my opinion has the best among the US.

I give the nod to the "originals" as well. That's not even the point.
All I said was a meatball parm on a fresh stick bread is the bomb. I know it's an Italian-American creation. No one has to school me on any of that.

That doesn't mean it isn't tasty as fuck...
 
Meatball sandwich with marinara sauce, sauteed onion, mushrooms and sweet peppers on a Calabrese bun with melted mozzarella. Tell yer ma.
Substitute meatballs with veal or chicken if you want.

Never been to NJ except a day trip to Atlantic City in the early ‘90s. - and I don’t reckon there will be any decent ones there!

And btw the best (real) Parmo in the UK is Manjaros in Boro, even though it’s the apotheosis of ersatz Italian.

Agree that a meatball sub can be fucking tasty every now and then though! Had one on the Strand last weekend.

No wonder I’m such a fat ****!

Sounds tremendous. Had similar. Mushrooms, onions, and peppers are all staples on my cheesesteaks. Tell KS55.
I wish I could tell my ma but she's passed on...

Taking the blue tinted specs off , what business would self inflict damage by removing the crown in the jewel of their business , if the Premier league even issue a nominal punishment it would make the last decade of their "brand" a mockery. Ruining the reputation of the Premeir league just to appease four football clubs is a decision that will cost people their jobs ,not sure if Master's has thought this one through but i am quite sure with our robust denials he is now regretting being the whipping boy for the Rags/Dipper/Goons & Spuds.
An indpendent regulator with absolutely no influence from the greedy mismanaged four clubs has to be a move in the right direction , it would mean the other sixteen clubs will have a voice.
The cartel is ending and they are trying every dirty trick in the book to keep the status quo , but like one of their hit records , they are going to have to "Roll Over and Lay Down" when a government independent regulator is in place
