PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

A shame there were no CCTV cameras at railway stations back then!
The case of "Brief Encounter" at the station was not part of the "charges" faced by the rags at the start of the 1960s but it does suggest that "the reds" belong to a tradition of financial impropriety represented by the great Herbie Chapmen of London underground fame. It most certainly didn't begin with the treatment of City in 1906 or any match fixing that "may" have taken place in 1915. Football aristocracy. I'm sure Spurs have never been involved in any funny business.

I'm finding it amusing that fans of Newcastle, Everton and Forest are all crying it isn't fair now they are suffering as a result of ffp. We have been warning them for years, but they were so bitter and twisted with envy and labelling us cheats, after being drip fed by the redshirt owned media, that they wouldn't listen. Well you know now don't you, lol!
