Where is the other site of this story , Sam Lee is a City correspondent for the Athletic.
With all do respect he is sitting on the biggest story ever if he would just have the balls and tell the world what these charges really are but he doesn't have the balls nobody does.

The author of the Guardian article below is Barney Ronay, a founder member of the anti-Arab cabal of sports journos who have been gaslighting City’s owners since they took over the club in 2008 and it gives me a chance to quote the combined wisdom of our learned members GDM & Petrusha on this subject from another thread,

The truth is is that the FFP regulations were specifically put in place by a legion of highly paid and skilled UEFA legal & accounting advisers enlisted by the cartel of elite ‘legacy’ clubs to stop us competing with them.
