PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Well just imagine what it will be like when we get to and around the actual date of the hearing it’ll be wall to wall coverage everywhere, wouldn’t be surprised it brings the internet down ..

Just be prepared for the the Premier League independent commission to say they got us bang to rights, kicked out of league. The evidence will be we obstructed them and what's already been shown to be baseless junk by CAS.

I reckon city will get a warning of sorts that some of the legal and accounting “ practices” will need to be replaced in the future assessment period. Probably throw in the club not acting in good faith and then pages of innuendos but nothing to counter claim our “irrefutable” evidence.

It’s the only way out, dress it up how they like but it’s a home run for the club unless evidence is produced. The legals on here always go on about the high probability and if it is indeed applied in the strictest sense then the level of proof is far too high for the league to reach on such flimsy emails.

So just like every other blabber mouth, they can accuse and use bias logic to find guilt but nothing concrete. The paper trail is not open to them.

Think this is Forests defence. Though reality is you should never spend money until its safely in your account but they were banking on 35 million from Brentford for Johnson but he didnt want to go there and eventually they got more from Spurs for him but that money was past the cut off date and so in another financial year
Heard all about this and was discussed on the Monday Night Club too.

It all pointed to poor old Forest but no suggestion of Forest being greedy and wanting more.

Fault is always aimed at buying Clubs for inflating transfer fees but never at the selling Club for demanding more!
