I don't think that's the case is it? I seem to remember Project River (or another of our authorities on the matter) saying something like we might only have recourse to the Courts if we could demonstrate some preposterous legal shortcoming in the Tribunal's findings. Failing that, the 2nd Tribunal would be the end of the road. Either way, I can only imagine the hysteria were we to pursue the option of a 2nd Tribunal, whilst continuing to win trophies at the same time.

Yeah I think that's right, I knew there was something around it, I think the legal process has to be completely off for us to then go to the high court.

I imagine with KC's being on the commission, whatever verdict given will be legally sound and hopefully truly independent.
