Yep MPs for example, obviously they have to declare the 50 or so jobs they hold. A private citizen can say fuck off, none of your business.If Mancini had a second job/consultancy, he is perfectly entitled to privacy in his affairs. If the PL think he was paid for a second role, then they should show the club the evidence. They would also have to prove the club knew he was being paid by a related party. A related party has no obligation to share who they employ with the PL, City or anyone else.
Lots of people have 2nd 3rd 4th or even 5th jobs and are free to do so. Lots of people at the top of the PL can have more than one job.
