This'll just rumble on until the govt threat to impose an independent regulator on the pl goes away then it will fizzle out. Off the hook on technicalities no doubt so the stink of shit remains. Maybe a few stick and we pay a fine.
All about showing the pl can regulate itself and keeping the cartel pacified enough to avoid a breakaway esl.
